English Premier League gameweek 27 sees Liverpool and Arsenal clash at Anfield in a battle for the top four. The two sides played a barn burner of a fixture to kickoff the season with Liverpool winning 4-3. The fixture saw the Reds fall behind early before making a spirited comeback. Arsenal nearly made a comeback of their own, but ultimately fell short.

Liverpool have won just once in their last six matches against Arsenal, the Reds’ have given up 14 goals to Arsenal in their last six matches in all competitions. Jurgen Klopp’s side needs a big defensive performance in their English Premier League gameweek 27 match.

Daniel Sturridge is expected to miss out due to another injury. Meanwhile, Liverpool will host the Saudi royal family at Anfield on Saturday as the club gains new investment from the visitors.

Manchester United vs. Bournemouth

Newly crowned EFL Cup champions Manchester United play Bournemouth in Saturday’s early fixture. The Red Devils defeated Bournemouth 3-1 in August as Anthony Martial, Wayne Rooney and Zlatan Ibrahimovic got on the score sheet.

Jose Mourinho’s men have won two of three matches against Bournemouth. The Cherries have lost five of their last six fixtures and are a mere four points above the relegation zone.

Leicester vs. Hull

Leicester dismantled Liverpool a week ago, now in English Premier League gameweek 27, the Foxes host Hull. The Tigers are undefeated against Leicester in their last three matches in all competitions, but the team have lost 10 of their last 11 away fixtures.

This match is a massive six-point game as Leicester are five points above Hull. A win could send the Tigers out of the relegation zone, while a win for Leicester would see them further distance themselves from the dog fight at the bottom.

Tottenham vs. Everton

Sunday will see Tottenham host Everton as Spurs attempt to claw their way back into the title picture. Harry Kane is in brilliant form after scoring a hat-trick in last weekend’s 4-0 win over Stoke.

Everton are coming off a win of their own, beating Sunderland 2-0 at Goodison Park. Everton are winless in the teams’ last six fixtures, which makes Spurs a good bet for a win or a draw at home.

Sunderland vs. Manchester City

Manchester City have won three straight in the English Premier League and Pep Guardiola’s team look to take out more frustration against Sunderland.

City won the reverse fixture at the Etihad this season, 2-1. However, that win was quite laboured as the Blues got to work under Guardiola. Manchester City have won six straight against Sunderland in all competitions.

FantasySports.co.uk suggested Fantasy Premier League managers should go heavy on Manchester City players for English Premier League gameweek 27.

West Ham vs. Chelsea

English Premier League gameweek 27 finishes on Monday night when Chelsea travel across London to West Ham. League leaders Chelsea haven’t won 17 of 20 matches in the Premier League, including August’s fixture against the Hammers.

West Ham did knock off the Blues in October in the EFL Cup, 2-1. West Ham are undefeated in five of six matches, but Chelsea will be a tough task for the team. If the Blues lose on Monday night, it gives Tottenham a glimmer of hope that the team can overtake Antonio Conte’s men.
