According to reports out of Turkey, Fenerbahce will add Perez to the club now that the team have sold defender Simon Kjaer. His sale has netted the club £12.5m that can be used to sign Perez from Arsenal.

Perez is interested in leaving Arsenal to improve his chances of being selected for the 2018 World Cup. However, it is believed the striker would prefer a move back to Spain rather than to Turkey. The 28-year-old had been linked with former club Deportivo La Coruna, but the team were unable to stump up to cash to bring him back to Spain.

According to media outlet Sabah, Perez has already agreed personal terms with Fenerbahce and now needs Arsenal to agree a fee. While Perez looks likely to leave, Arsene Wenger has already told Alexis Sanchez he is going nowhere this summer.
