Nabil Fekir to Liverpool
The Lyon captain has raised speculation he will move to Liverpool after saying ‘players won’t stay at one club forever’. The 24-year-old has tallied 17 goals in Ligue 1 this term and could fit into Liverpool’s attacking lineup as either a central midfielder or as a winger.
As speculation over Fekir to Liverpool continues to grow, the midfielder recently spoke to the press.
“The president told me, like he told everyone else when they signed their contracts, that we have the possibility to talk whenever I want to leave,” Fekir told L’Equipe .
“Nobody signs for life in a club. It doesn’t work like that.
“But I don’t have a free pass to leave. I have a contract until 2020. I’ll let destiny handle the rest.
“I’m in Lyon for two more games and then we’ll see.
“For now, there’s nothing. The president trusts me and I feel good at Lyon.”
Is Nabil Fekir to Liverpool the biggest transfer the Reds will make this summer or will the team speed even more?
